Climate:
The climate in Jordan depends on the time of the year. During summer, it is usually dry and temperatures might reach up to 36 degrees. The hottest months are usually July and August, especially in the desert and the Jordan Valley area. Spring and autumn are quite pleasant with warm sun and moderate temperatures which makes them perfect for tourism. Winter in Jordan is generally characterized by heavy rain and yearly snow in mountainous areas. In the southern regions, however; the weather is quite pleasant during winter and visiting Aqaba is ideal at that time of year.
